Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:25 pm- 2:00 pm. Staffing , ratios and supervision were in compliance The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications policies, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in naptime, reading books, on demand feeding and diaper changing Cleaning and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based upon record review, required information on infant daily record was incomplete.
Evidence: Infant daily tummy time reporting to parent was missing from daily sheet.
Evidence: Infant daily tummy time reporting to parent was missing from daily sheet.
Plan of Correction: I accidently cut off the tummy time line when I redid the forms. I will fix.

Based upon observation, there was not at least 12 inches of space between occupied cots as required.
Evidence: The 3's classroom and 2's classroom cot spacing was less than 12 inches.
Evidence: The 3's classroom and 2's classroom cot spacing was less than 12 inches.
Plan of Correction: Cots moved during inspection and won't block doors.
