Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:10 am- 10:45 am. There were 40 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, morning parent drop off, morning bottle feeding and naptime, Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, staff member did not submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening.

Evidence:
Staff #1 Tuberculosis Screen was dated 3/2023. The documentation shall be completed within the last 30 calendar days of date of employment. Staff #1 date of employment was 8/7/2023.
