During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 1/31/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:10 pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
4The wood countertop accessible to children behind the diapering area was peeling off and there was peeling paint and a hole in the wall by the window.
Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children.
In the two year old classroom, cleaning product were on the teacher counter within reach of children.
For approximately 15 minutes during the inspection there were 11 children being supervised by 2 caregivers.
In the 3 year old classroom for approximately 15 minutes during the inspection there were 11 children being supervised by 1 caregiver.
