During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 1/31/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:10 pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.


Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

The wood countertop accessible to children behind the diapering area was peeling off and there was peeling paint and a hole in the wall by the window.
Plan of Correction: We will put in request to handy man to do it.

Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children.
In the two year old classroom, cleaning product were on the teacher counter within reach of children.
Plan of Correction: We put away during the inspection.

A ratio of 1 caregiver to 5 children is required for children ages 16 months up to 24 months.

For approximately 15 minutes during the inspection there were 11 children being supervised by 2 caregivers.
Plan of Correction: A teacher had an emergency appointment. Administrator will take extra child or go in classroom if needed.

In the 3 year old classroom for approximately 15 minutes during the inspection there were 11 children being supervised by 1 caregiver.
