Inspector Notes
A Renewal Inspection was conducted today. There were a total of 5 children(13pts) with the Provider were present when the Inspector arrived. The children were observed sitting in a circle on the floor with the provider engaged in an activity that involved large lego blocks. Observation of the family day home was made. The children were observed interacting with the provider, laughing and playing. The provider assisted the children with washing hands and transitioning to lunch. Lunch was vegetable soup, sliced banana and milk to drink. One infant observed being bottle fed by the provider and placed on their back to sleep. No medication needs identified at this time, one food allergy determined and no topical ointments onsite. All 5 children's records were reviewed, Provider and all household records were also reviewed. Some violations found today. Thank you for your cooperation today.
