Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/22/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12p.m. and ended at 1p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver and 2 household members records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers shall ensure that children's hands are washed with liquid soap and warm running water before eating.

The caregiver did not ensure that two children washed their hands before eating lunch.
Plan of Correction: The children had just come in from the playground and washed hands. They were playing while lunch was preparing. Their hands will be washed again right before they eat.
