Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, June 28, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:30 pm until 2:15 pm. There were five family day home children and three resident children with one caregiver supervising for a value of 13 points. The children were napping during today?s inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, two caregiver records, and a household member record were reviewed. The outdoor play area was inspected. A trampoline is on site and is not used by children in care. A mud kitchen has been added to the outdoor play area.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
