Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on March 1, 2024 with the provider. There were 5 day care children and one resident child present, totaling 14 points, with 1caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were eating lunch and preparing for rest.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
