A renewal inspection was conducted on April 16, 2024 with the provider. There were 2 day care children and one resident child present, totaling 6 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 0 child records and 1 household member record were reviewed.
