Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/23 from 12:10 p.m. to 1:35 p.m. with the Director. There were 60 children in care, ranging in age from nine months to five-years-old, supervised by 13 staff. The children were observed napping. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has five staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and three staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the center has six staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery- operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 11/09/23 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 11/01/23. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
