Inspector Notes

A scheduled in person inspection was completed on 3/3/2022 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The 3 level of home was inspected, the child care area is located in the lower level of the home. The childcare area was set up to care for children to include manipulatives, puzzles, books, music and movement, art, feeding area, changing table, and cribs meet manufacture dates. The emergency supplies are complete. The fenced in backyard is under construction to include a climber and mulch surfacing. There were no violations cited this date.
