Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/6/2022 and concluded on 9/6/2022. There were a total of 11 children, including providers own child ( 25 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: music and movement, recycle activity and diapering. The home, 4 child records, 3 caregiver/household member records evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
