Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on July 25, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (#12 children and 1 of the provider's child present and (#4 caregivers; the point total was (27). The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (4) staff . This inspection included:
? document review (children and caregiver records, emergency drill logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations of children doing an art project, infants napping, diaper changing and handwashing and outside on the playground
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
