Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted a health and safety inspection on Monday, August 22, 2022. The inspection begin at 11:30 AM and concluded at 1:08 PM. The children were observed napping and being fed. Today, there were 2 children, totaling 8 points, present with one caregiver. Two children?s records, one caregiver?s record, and one household member?s record were reviewed during the inspection. The children?s play area, restroom, kitchen were inspected. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. The first aid kit, emergency supplies, daily attendance, fire and shelter-in-place drills were reviewed. Last emergency drill: 7/12/22 and Shelter-in-place drills: 1/10/2022.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
