Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted November 9, 2023 from approximately 10:35 am to 11:00 am. There were 5 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 household records and 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site today.
Children were observed eating food bought from home. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
