Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conductedon April 24, 2024 approximately 111:00 am to 11:30 am. There were 6 children for a total of 18 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitioning from lunch to indiviudal play and resting. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
