Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/26/2022. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. There are two children enrolled, ages 11 years and 12 years old. The children attend on a changing schedule according to the parent's work schedule or needs. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
