Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/19/2024 at 2:50pm to 3:35pm. There was 1 child (4 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 1 child's record, 6 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no children's medications on site today. The child were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Violations
4Evidence: reviewed 6 household member records and found that household member 5 did not have documentation of an updated TB screening. Last documented TB screening was dated 8/25/21.
Evidence: observed that the diaper changing pad a several small rips/tears, exposing the spnge-like internal material.
Evidence: reviewed 1 child's record and found that they were missing documentation of additional immunizations every 6 months.
Evidence: observed that the temperature in the refrigerator was at 50 F and the temperature in the freezer was 20 F.
