Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/29/24 from 10:40 am to 11:40 am. There was one child (3 points) in care of one caregiver. A walk through of the home was conducted, first aid kit and other emergency supplies were inspected. 1 staff record, 1 child record, 6 household member records, emergency drill logs, attendance and the menu were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
