An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/15/25 from 9:50 am to 10:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver's records and 3 household member's records. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, and
interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
