Inspector Notes

A complaint was received in the licensing office on November 9, 2022 regarding forbidden actions. On November 10, 2022 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and a violation not related to the compliant, was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
