Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/17/21 and completed on 8/20/21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 25 children and 8 staff present. A total of 2 staff and children's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
