Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 6, 2025 and completed on October 27, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 5, 2025, relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and one staff records on-site on October 6, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
