Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 10:20am. Observed 5 children totaling 18 points with 3 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed playing with toys and learning letters of the alphabet and associated items. The caregivers were promptly tending to the needs of the children. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. 3Based on records reviewed, 1 of 7 children's records did not include required documents signed by the parents. Evidence: The record for Child #6 did not include a childcare agreement signed by the parents.
