Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on November 15, 2023. There were 22 children, ages 5-9 years old and 2staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications for children were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector review 4 children's records and 4 staff records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
