This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews were conducted.

A complaint inspection was initiated on August 13, 2021 and concluded on September 23, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone, a request for staff interviews and review of center documentation was requested and conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming and special services. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
