This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program. A complaint inspection was initiated on May 19, 2022 and concluded on June 7, 2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of special care and emergencies.
