Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/22/2023 from 9:40AM to 11:05AM. 36 children were directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical space, 4 children?s records, 2 staff records, evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed going outside, finishing up morning snack, washing hands and engaging with peers and the staff. Interactions were positive. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
