Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/7/2025 and completed on 4/30/2025 with local agencies in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on relating to supervision and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records electronically on 2/26/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
