Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 5/19/2025 and completed on 5/19/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/8/2025 and 5/15/2025 relating to supervision of children. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
