Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 3, 2023 from approximately 11:15 am to 12:15 pm. There were 34 children in attendance and a total of 6 staff present. 5 staff records and 4 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, bathrooms, playground, and kitchen. The children were observed playing outside, eating lunch, watching a program, and listening to a story while the licensing inspector was on-site.
Evacuation drills were conducted monthly with the most recent on 4/27/23. The most recent health inspection was conducted on 6/24/22. The most recent fire inspection was conducted on 4/20/23.
