Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 07/19/2021 and concluded on 07/21/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present with 2 supervising staff for 10 points which is within ratios for supervision. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child's record and 2 staff records as well as a household member were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
