Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted 1/13/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to 23 months, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A child's records and staff trainings were reviewed. Lunch served was turkey sandwich, squash, strawberries and milk. All training for caregivers is current. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
