Inspector Notes
An announced monitoring visit was conducted to modify the Family Day Home license as the provider has moved. No children were in care. Home has dedicated space on the lower level for a play space, sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom as well as outdoor play area. Reviewed emergency plan, new crib, first aid supplies, records for household members and the provider as well as physical space. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
