Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. Observed 3 children (11 points with 2 caregivers) transitioning from an afternoon rest, snack time, tummy time and free play. Reviewed three children's records, emergency preparation, training certificates, attendance, physical space, nutrition and infant supplies (cribs and diapering areas). All family members have updated health and background checks. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
