Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/2/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:45pm and ended at 2:45pm. There were 2 caregivers with 6 children in one room at the time of the visit. At the start of
the inspection, children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys, being held, and other organized activities. The physical plant, administration, children and caregiver files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill logs were reviewed. There was medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were
found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
