Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/22/24 from 1:40 pm to 2:30 pm. During the inspection the providers records and the records of three enrolled children were reviewed. 3 children present totaling 8 points.
The children were observed playing with the vendor and one infant was observed napping. The vendor is using a big space in her apartment for care and has lots of materials and toys for the children to play with. A violation notice was given to the vendor along with this inspection summary.

Based on the review of the vendors training, the vendor failed to take some required training.
Evidence: Based on interview with the vendor and review of the vendors training, the vendor has not taken the 3 hours of updated pre-service training.
Plan of Correction: I will take the training this weekend.
