Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 10:15am and 11:10am. There was one child receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 1 child's record, the vendor record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
