Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 20, 2024 approximately 3:15 pm to 3:40 pm. There were 5 children (totaling 10 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 2 children's records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitionin from rest time to outdoor play. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please submit plan of corrections within 5 business days in order for it to be included on the website.
