Provider was present with 7 enrolled children and 2 unenrolled, non-household member children for a total of 13 points. Children were observed playing freely as well as playing board games. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and one caregiver record were reviewed.
