Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 17, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A Violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and is identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review it was determined the Provider did not maintain a complete written hard copy record of daily attendance as the documents did not capture arrival the departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Plan of Correction: I did not realize I needed to record on the attendance when the children left but will do so for now on.
