A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection on 2/24/2025. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers who work directly with children shall annually attend the department's health and safety update course.

None of the caregivers attended the departments health and safety course in 2024.
Plan of Correction: The vendor will ensure that all caregivers attend the departments 2025 annual health and safety update by 7/2025 and annually thereafter.
