Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 3/22/2024 beginning at 10:25am and ending at 11:00am. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed.
