An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on August 19, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office regarding staffing and supervison. Interviews and observation were conducted and documentaiton was reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the complaint inspection the complaint is deemed to be not valid.
