A subsidy complaint inspection was initiated on 03/02/2023 . A complaint was recieved by the department regarding allegations in the areas programs and staffing and supervision. The investigation was conducted jointly with local agency . Interviews were conducted and video footage was reviewed. There was not a preponderance evidence gathered during the investigation . The complaint was deemed not valid.
