Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 04/11/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 classrooms observed with a total of 78 children with 15 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed participating in circle time, playing in organized centers, napping, and preparing to go to the playground. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and injury prevention plan was conducted during this inspection. There were six medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
