Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 6 children, totaling 12 points. The children were engaged in creative play activities, creating art projects, enjoying independent play, and reading stories. The children were served pizza, grapes, and milk for lunch earlier in the day.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, emergency preparedness, children's records, background checks, health records, caregiver training, children's nutrition, programming, and the physical plant.
