Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on June 4, 2024 from 10:30 am to 1:40 pm in response to a complaint regarding nutrition and food services and procedures for emergencies. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
