Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on June 4, 2024 from 10:30 am to 1:40 pm in response to a complaint regarding operational responsibilities and behavioral guidance. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made in the center.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
