Inspector Notes

The Department received a complaint alleging non-compliance in the areas of supervision and toileting procedures on July 17, 2024. An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on August 28, 2024. The licensing inspector was on-site from approximately 9:45am until 11:15am. Interviews with the staff were completed, observations were made, and documentation was reviewed.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
