Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:30 am through 11:30 am. There were a total of two children (4 points) observed with one caregiver. A total of two children's files and two staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, snack, and other organized activities.
